Communication and Information

Effective communication and efficient delivery of important information to all members of the club is extremely important to the committee.

As a member you can expect to receive information via the following formats:

• Announcements on race days
• Newsletters - published monthly
• Newspaper* - via write-ups and notices in the classifieds
• Club meetings - held at clubrooms on every third Tuesday at 7.30pm
• Annual General Meeting (AGM) held every April to elect the new committee.
• Emails
• Website

The club has a nominated press officer who submits a weekly write-up of race results and club news to the Ararat Advertiser. The Ararat Advertiser, at it's discretion, may leave out paragraphs and alter headings to suit it's needs. If you have any news or race results outside of club racing, please contact the press officer to have this included in the weekly write-ups.
